This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [Business Name] (“Business”), a [Florida] corporation, and the undersigned subscriber (“Subscriber”), and is effective as of [Date].
- Service Description. Business will provide Subscriber with access to its subscription-based [Service Description], subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

- Warranties and Disclaimers. Business warrants that the subscription service will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. Subscriber acknowledges that the service is provided “as is” and without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
- Confidentiality and Data Privacy. Subscriber agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared by Business, including any personal data provided by Subscriber. Business agrees to comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Province of [State/Province]. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
